Demand, S&OP, and Inventory Manager

DEMAND, S&OP, and INVENTORY MANAGER

POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for someone to join our Supply Chain team who will oversee and optimize demand planning, S&OP processes, and inventory management! This role ensures seamless alignment between supply chain operations and business objectives, driving operational excellence and enhancing customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Demand Planning

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and business insights.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to gather relevant information for accurate demand planning.
• Monitor and adjust forecasts to reflect changes in market conditions and business strategies.

Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP)

• Lead the S&OP process, ensuring cross-functional alignment and communication.
• Facilitate S&OP meetings to review demand plans, inventory levels, and supply constraints.
• Develop and implement strategies to balance demand and supply effectively.

Inventory Management

• Manage inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess stock and obsolescence.
• Optimize inventory policies and procedures to ensure efficient inventory turnover.
• Monitor inventory metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.

Team Management

• Lead and develop a team of demand planners and inventory analysts.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members.
• Cultivate a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

PROFILE

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Mathematics, Economics, Business Administration, or relevant field.

Minimum of 5 years in demand planning, S&OP, and inventory management, with proficiency in SAP, ANAPLAN, and corporate ERP systems.

• Understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and supply chain dynamics within the industry.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and make/ influence data-driven decisions.
• Strong analytical, relationship-building and leadership skills with the ability to work independently and be a great teammate.
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; both verbal and written.
• Genuine passion and advocate of diversity and inclusion and integrates this mentality when making all business decisions (both internal & external).
• Must be professional and possess a positive demeanor with an entrepreneurial spirit.
