Position Summary
Join this company's passionate healthcare technology team as a remote Customer Success Manager at an early-stage startup company, striving to improve the health of communities. Their cutting-edge platform empowers health care organizations to unlock psychological barriers of their members towards important medical procedures such as Cancer Screenings and Medication management. You will own the relationship and success of their customers, which are primarily US health insurance companies – from their initial solution onboarding & implementation phase, through ongoing program execution, measurement, and expansion phases.
They are looking for a results-oriented, energetic, and highly motivated individual with a genuine curiosity about the customer’s business needs, strong technical or clinical orientation and ability to deliver the solution value to their customers. This is an individual contributor role, reporting to the Head of Customer Success.
Position Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships at all levels within the customer organization.
- Campaign management, including content creation and management, and campaign execution.
- Responsible for the deployment and on-boarding of the customer
- Monitor usage and engagement level and work together with the client to optimize and demonstrate constant value.
- Analyze customer results to identify insights and opportunities.
- Develop, deliver and execute customer success plans which outline critical success factors and measures for success.
- Increase customer engagement and overall satisfaction.
- Identify and manage potential risks and issues that could impact customer satisfaction.
- Leverage customer interactions to identify opportunities for upselling and expansion.
- Serve as an escalation point for Customer issues to ensure they are resolved quickly.
- Identify opportunities to constantly improve the customer success experience.
- Work with R&D and product teams to constantly improve the product.
Qualifications
Customer Success experience 👩🏫
- 2+ Years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Relationship Management
- Experience or background in SaaS/Tech Industry
- Experience working with large and complex enterprise clients or vendors.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the US health insurance industry.
Project management experience ⚒
- Exceptional communication skills – ability to present to various levels of leadership
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Strong analytical skills
- Proactive, driven, and self-motivated
- Ability to multitask and function in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sense of ownership
Customer Analytics & Reporting experience ⚙
- Data analytics skills/experience with Microsoft Excel, Tableau or other reporting tools
- Ability to understand and derive insights from data
- Presentation builds out & reporting capabilities for both project teams & leadership levels
Additional Preferred experience 📩
- Content Marketing & Call to Action Campaign messaging creation experience
- Experience in at least one of these programs -- CAHPS, HEDIS, Value-based care or Quality Management
- Behavioral Science or Behavioral Psychology training
- Social Media Marketing campaign experience – Facebook, Instagram, SEO
