The Customer Experience Support Associate performs diverse administrative tasks in support of Call Center activities. Job functions include a variety of routine and some non-routine clerical and phone-related job functions.
Responsibilities
Oversee mail management
Performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Creating and completing various reports as required
Processing title work and related documentation
Managing extensions and due date changes
Communicating with customers and dealers via phone
Identifying and processing funds received and ensuring payments are made in full
Qualifications
Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
Ability to multi-task
Assertive, clear, and concise oral and written communication skills
Must be detailed oriented
Ability to work independently as well as operate as part of a team
Competent PC and keyboard skills
Accurate typing skills of 40 wpm
Proficient in Excel
Ability to stand, bend, and squat for lengthy periods of time to file documents
Ability to work weekends, evenings, and overtime as needed
