Our client is a thriving start-up fueling major transformation in the global consumer goods industry. They are looking for a Customer Experience Associate to join their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate

$22/hr

Position Overview

The Customer Experience Associate position is a critical role which involves facilitating the connection between brands seeking production solutions and suitable manufacturers on the internal platform. The Customer Experience Associate must hava solid research skills and strong outbound communication (via email and phone). This position is onsite from Monday through Friday in NYC.

Responsibilities Of The Customer Experience Associate

  • Monitor all inbound requests from brands using Zendesk for ticket tracking.
  • Engage with brands via email and phone to gain insights on their specific needs.
  • Conduct extensive research using database and external websites to select suitable manufacturers.
  • Introduce the platform to manufacturers through outbound calls to ascertain their capabilities.

Qualifications For The Customer Experience Associate

  • Excellent communication skills demonstrated in email and phone conversations.
  • Organized and structured approach to tasks.
  • Proficiency in basic online research.
  • Comfort with making outbound calls.
  • Aptitude in fostering relationships.
  • Previous experience in customer support, customer success, and account management would be advantageous.
  • Must be available to work onsite Monday through Friday in NYC.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
