Contract Manager

Temp to hire

Onsite 5 days a week for training likely about a month, then upon manager discretion could work 1 potentially 2 days from home

Must have:

Supervisory/Managing experience

Experience working with City and Federal Funders

Budget modification submissions

Analysis and investigation required to prepare billing

Coordinate and prepare budgets for government, RFP, and private funders.

Assist in crafting the annual Agency-wide budget.

Monitor expenditure, analyze variances, and ensure optimal utilization of contract funding.

Maintain and update budget modules and reporting systems in accounting software.

Prepare comprehensive financial analysis for quarterly budget meetings, ensuring alignment with program objectives.

Execute budget modifications and journal entries as necessary.

Conduct financial analysis, including variance assessment and key financial health indicators, for private funders.

Collaborate with other departments within the Fiscal Contracts Department to provide support and achieve mutual goals.

Facilitate audit documentation as required.

Assist the Controller in preparing State Standards of Payment.

Liaise with the GAP department to address outstanding funding issues.
