What to expect.
You will oversee marketing, communications, community and media relations, and digital strategies. In this position, you will have a unique opportunity to further develop the function of Sheppard Pratt’s established marketing team.
Specific responsibilities will include:
Leading and mentoring a high-performing marketing team.
Developing and implementing a cohesive marketing and communications strategy.
Overseeing brand strategy to ensure consistent messaging that aligns with organizational goals.
Implementing effective project management and prioritization strategies to effectively manage workload.
Managing departmental budget to achieve the best ROI and allocate resources effectively.

What we need from you.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, communication, journalism, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
10+ years of progressive, related, leadership experience. Healthcare experience is preferred.
Experience in marketing, corporate communications, community and media relations including a strong understanding of digital technologies.
