As a Business Operations & Data Analyst, you will assist Business Operations in establishing, monitoring, and reporting on essential business KPIs, driving success for Disco and our customers. You’ll directly interface with cross-functional teams and leaders, including Sales, Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Finance.
The responsibilities of this role will be to own and monitor daily business metrics, to enable excellent cross-functional execution by reporting on a weekly and monthly basis on core revenue and product KPIs to leadership, and to support the Go-To-Market teams by assisting with specific data requests.
This is the ideal role for someone who is intensely detail-oriented, passionate about process and company building, and has the experience and pragmatism to partner with people across the company to execute and communicate effectively. We are looking for someone who is hungry to develop leadership skills, especially in concise and effective communication and stakeholder management.
We expect you to be self-motivated, to be passionate about leading by example, and to be excited to play an integral part in the growth of Disco.
Candidates for this role must be located in the NYC area and are expected to be in the office 2-3x per week.
What you'll do
Own the daily monitoring of key business metrics, escalating irregularities across the data
Assist with triaging data irregularities alongside Product and Engineering teams
Proactively explore and create additional reports, dashboards, and monitoring mechanisms to aid in company-wide data visibility
Support Go-To-Market teams by performing ongoing analysis to better support new and existing customers
Lead the aggregation and organization of priority metrics on an ongoing basis for management-level meetings
Create data visualizations and present actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders
Standardize and document process as well as data enablement resources
Assist in ad-hoc operational requests across tools (e.g. BI, Hubspot, etc.)
What you bring
Experience working with multiple data platform components, including data visualization/reporting tools, data transformation systems, and data warehouses
Experience with SQL and relational database modeling
Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage project timelines
Have a hunger for proactive problem-solving
Understanding of online advertising ecosystem and performance metrics
Organizationally obsessed, missing no detail while prioritizing speed of work
Crystal clear communicator both written and verbal

Salary Range: $100,000-120,000
