What is this role?
As the Brand Voice Manager at Cirkul, you will play an essential role in shaping and maintaining Cirkul's voice and tone across all communication channels. The ideal candidate will have superior writing skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to lead and inspire a team to produce compelling content that resonates with our audience.
What does an average day look like?
Driving Results:
Manage and mentor a team of writers and photographers, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality output.
Collaborate to generate engaging content ideas for social media, email campaigns, website copy, product descriptions, and marketing materials.
Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to ensure a seamless and cohesive brand experience, reinforcing brand identity and strengths.
Taking Ownership:
Ensure voice consistency across all channels, platforms, and customer touchpoints.
Making Decisions:
Analyze performance metrics, customer feedback, and insights to make adjustments to optimize messaging.
Cultivating Relationships:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product development, to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
Instilling Trust:
Stay current on marketing trends, competitors, and consumer behaviors to inform content strategies.
Customer Focus:
Maintain a consistent and authentic brand that builds customer trust and loyalty, ensuring that all brand interactions reinforce Cirkul’s value.
What background should you have?
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or other related field.
10+ years of content creation, copywriting, or brand management experience.
4+ years leading high-performing teams with tight deadlines and evolving priorities.
Experience working for a growing consumer goods company.
Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating creativity and proficiency in different tones.
Strong understanding of branding principles and how brand voice contributes to overall brand identity.
Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels and various departments throughout the organization.
