We are seeking line cooks, servers, bartenders, and support staff: dishwashers, prep cooks, and support servers. We offer benefits after 30 days of employment for full time team members and all team members earn paid time off starting on day 1. Training will be paid.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Craft bartending expereince for a minimum of 1 year required
Verify customers' identification to ensure they are of legal age and provide alcoholic drinks in compliance with federal, state, municipal, and corporate rules and regulations
Commitment to embodying FGR values
Experience working in an elevated service environment
Exceptional food and beverage product knowledge
Ability to make drinks quickly and accurately
Punctual, timely and responsible
Superior communication skills
Clean and well-groomed appearance
Must possess sound and professional judgment
Well-organized and efficient workstyle
Able to multi-task
Physical Requirements
Constant standing and walking
Occasional stooping, kneeling and crawling
Occasional ascending or descending of ladders, stairs and/or ramps
Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours per shift
Frequent, continual, intermittent flexing and rotation of the spine, elbows and wrists
Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs on a regular and continuing basis
Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting or carrying up to 50 lbs, i.e. case of wine, full ice buckets, etc
Constant talking, expressing or exchanging ideas by means of spoken words and in the process of communicating with guests and employees
Constant use of POS/Computer systems
Ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment
