Architect

Grace Hebert Curtis Architects, LLC (GHC) is looking to add an experienced Architect/Project Manager to our Lafayette team. GHC has a long history of successful projects and repeat clientele in numerous market sectors including healthcare, hospitality, senior living, K-12 education, higher education, and athletics, corporate, civic, religious, and industrial. We excel through inter-disciplinary collaboration in a relaxed, productive environment allowing team members to excel using their expertise and talents.

As an Architect/Project Manager on the GHC Team, you will:

• Lead and manage architectural projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and project goals.
• Oversee QA/QC processes to ensure the highest standards of design and construction.
• Direct and coordinate the work of intern architects and designers.
• Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and team members.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

To join us, you should have:

• A professional degree in Architecture
• 6+ years of experience
• Proficiency in Revit, 3D modeling, and visualization
• Experience in all phases and aspects of a project
• Familiarity with building codes, specifications, building and engineering systems
• Understanding of project management process
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Collaborative and professional work ethic
