About The Role

Sundae is building its Property Acquisitions team to engage with realtors, wholesalers and other partners with access to homes that need love. This is an opportunity to develop personally and professionally while working with a fast-paced team that values candor, authenticity, and creativity.

As Acquisition Manager, you are responsible for cultivating on-the-ground relationships with partners who can help Sundae source homes that need some love. You will empower these local partners with a product they’ve never had before - the highest price offer, a cash advance before close, and a customer-first orientation that influences every interaction they’ll and their clients will have with Sundae. Acquisition Managers carry significant autonomy and require relentless ambition - we are hiring the future leaders of Sundae. Acquisitions is the front line to our process and will be held to high expectations in maintaining growth and innovation. Ideal candidates should be experienced in and passionate about real estate.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with real estate agents and wholesalers who can bring residential real estate property acquisition opportunities to Sundae
• Analyze opportunities for their viability/profitability in collaboration with Project Managers (requires ability to assess a properties “after repair value” or resale price)
• Draft summary reports assessing prospective deals
• Negotiate Purchase Contracts with Real Estate Agents and Wholesalers
• Provide Daily Reporting of Sales Activities to Management
• Maintain and exceed Company designated quotas
• Schedule, attend and present at meetups, seminars, and networking events
• Finalize escrow summaries for our closing coordinator
• Shared accountability with Property Acquisitions team for Fund performance and investment returns
• Reports to the Head of Property Acquisitions
  
  

About You

• Professional experience in real estate or fix and flip lending required
• Impeccable organization and attention to detail
• Meticulous sales pipeline management
• Effective time management and task prioritization
• Proficient in Excel/Gsheets
• Experience utilizing Salesforce preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• The base salary for this role is $80,000 with a variable compensation plan for overall target earnings of $125,000
• Competitive benefits package with 100% paid premiums for employee and 80% for dependents
