Growing Real estate company looking for an Accounts Receivable Analyst. Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer payments , tax billbacks, and transactions related to accounts receivable. Creates invoices and tracking rental payments. Work with Commercial and Residential buildings. Use YARDI/MRI as the software. Enter leasing information. Process checks. Work with tenants for payments. Reconcile tenant balances and manage their accounts.
Strong organizational and detailed skills necessary. Solid AR accounting experience. Strong communication skills and meet deadlines
