Job Description

A large shipbuilding company is looking to hire a 3D Checker/Designer to support their piping team in Marinette, WI. This position is supporting the compliance checks for the 3D design of piping systems on commercial and military vessels. The ideal candidate will come with 3+ years of AutoCAD experience, any experience in the maritime or shipbuilding industries, and exposure to either the design or maintenance of piping. This role is starting as a 3-year contract with likely extensions beyond that, offers relocation for candidates not local to the area (up to $5,000 in the first 30 days), and medical/dental/vision benefits.
