The Connect Leadership Engagement Leadership Engagement Summit (CLES) explores ways to further develop teen participants' skills to amplify chapter ownership of middle school programming and rehearse strategies to achieve strong 8th grade recruitment. CLES establishes a network of AZA and BBG leaders committed to further engaging thousands of young Jewish teens following B’nai Mitzvah before high school begins. This is a two day conference held in conjunction with BBYO's International…
