Jon serves as the North America CEO for bolt, the worlds largest and most innovative exchange for insurance.

Jon joined IBM in 2017 as the US Insurance Industry Consulting Managing Partner. Transformed every aspect of the business, exceeding market growth over his 3 years in the role. Led the practice of 2,500 and oversaw industry programs and major investments across consulting, technology, and outsourcing. Developed senior client relationships focused on generating enterprise value through partnership.

After serving as the Insurance lead, Jon led GTM for IBM's Consulting Services for Salesforce. Responsible for revenue generation, strategy, client value, industry programs, major investments, and senior talent worldwide, Jon led the organization to double market growth and over 5,000 consultants.

Prior to joining IBM, Jon managed extraordinary growth opportunities stretching across strategy, product, sales, and marketing at Mattersight (a growth-stage contact center SaaS AI company acquired by NICE). Jon spent 18 years in Accenture’s Financial Services strategy practice. In addition to his client responsibilities, he led Accenture’s Financial Services Marketing, Sales, Service, and Customer Experience Practices.

Passionate about working at the intersection of business and technology and about serving as a change agent around customer experience and technology-driven innovation. Areas of expertise include: business leadership; digital customer strategy; operations transformation; customer and employee experience transformation; technology strategy, cloud application development and management; artificial intelligence; and financial services industries. Jon lives in San Francisco with his wife, Erin and two kids. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family, playing guitar, fishing, cycling, and enjoying Northern California.
