    It was awesome to work with the TFP team! A group of three others and myself synthesized feedback from stakeholders (parents, students, principals, co-teahcers) on the work being done by TFP Fellow Teachers. The goal was to identify areas the Fellows and program could improve. We summarized stats, identified trends, and made recommendations to make the information actionable. We communicated through a presentation to the leadership team and created reports so slices of the information could be…

    We worked out of the TFP headquarters in Manila.
