“I had the pleasure of serving on George's board of directors at Tutor.com. We had a great time working to build Tutor under George's leadership. He is a true visionary in the education space, as one of the first entrepreneurs to successfully provide an online tutoring solution to students nationwide. He is a strong leader with an earnest approach. He built a great team and led the company through a series of ups, downs and transitions. I cannot recommend him highly enough. ”

The quid pro quo in joining the council was that I help Hopkins think through how doctors and scientists are educated (in addition to raising money), and in exchange I get to talk to scientists doing microbiome research, and other top scientists in the world. -
