“I had the pleasure to work with Fabio on a project for NOKIA to implement Modern Team Sites and Governance for SharePoint Online. Fabio greatly contributed to the success of the project. Thanks to his SharePoint Framework developer skills, he implemented in a high pace and also master Azure Functions side. He also used a devops approach, with regular testing and quick fix. It's really nice to work with Fabio who shares his enthusiasm when dealing an ambitious project. And even with a full agenda with many customers, Fabio always remains available. How can you ensure client involvement in post-implementation reviews?
Very often the feedback is given by people who are not the real recipients of the project, which is where the real work of collecting feedback comes in, organizing follow-up sessions with interested people some time after the project is put into production. This is real work that needs to be done and in turn takes time to implement and analyze

What are the biggest challenges you face when implementing software?
It happens very often that it is the client who puts stakes in terms of resources to be used, such as limited licenses, non-paying services, etc. this happens especially among small and medium-sized companies, and is due to budget problems of the client. This then leads to having to contend with limited resources with respect to the project to be implemented.

How can you improve client communication during a project?
In my experience this is one of the most difficult parts to manage. What I can say is separate the work aspect from the personal aspect. Many people do not do this and then find themselves in unpleasant situations either as clients or suppliers. Work is work, things can be misunderstood, misunderstood, or simply the project can change. One must still try to bring home the result in the best way possible for both.
