Collaborations and cross promotions across different sectors offer a powerful way to promote partnerships as each stakeholder brings a unique perspective and expertise from their industry, allowing for innovative solutions. By tapping into diverse networks, these partnerships can reach a broader audience and access new markets, leading to increased visibility and growth opportunities. This approach also fosters creativity and opens doors to new possibilities that might not have been realized within one single industry.

What steps can you take to make your team more inclusive?
Conducting a full assessment is definitely a good starting point/the best approach. Having that information is crucial to establish a clear diversity and inclusion strategy while encouraging open dialogues about these very same topics and actively seeking input from diverse team members. Work towards creating a safe space for everyone within your team to share their thoughts and experiences, ensuring that diverse voices are heard, valued, highlighted, and celebrated.
