Internal Promotion Alert, moving from Front Desk agent to Housekeeping Supervisor!🚨🎉 "Alejandra has been with us for 8 months now, starting off in the hotel as a part time Front Desk Agent, as a side job, with no intentions of taking that step in hospitality, she has truly flourished from an operations standpoint. With the FD supervisor role being open for the last 2.5 months, she has truly showcased her willingness to learn, and help. Alejandra has been a huge help in back office operations, from upgrading room types that are oversold, to balancing the house through Marsha and lightspeed, training new agents and nailing the BSA brand language and verbiage! She truly has shined in this role. She has been instrumental in keeping our AR in check and helping with projects to clean it up. The decision to move her to HSKP in a leadership role will give her the opportunity to learn from a HSKP vet in Sherrie, and to develop her already awesome FD knowledge, into a great housekeeping leader!"
