Join us in celebrating Jaden Sponzo, our outstanding technician from the Springfield team, as our June Tech of the Month! Jaden has been a valuable part of The Flying Locksmiths of Springfield since he joined our family 2 years ago. With a background in electrical and auto work, Jaden’s journey began as an apprentice electrician before finding his true calling in locksmithing through a mentor. Under his mentor's guidance, Jaden learned the foundational skills needed to expand his expertise in the security industry. He’s become passionate about access control projects, which connect back to his electrical roots, but he still finds himself learning new skills in the trade every day. "I really enjoy what I do. We’re proud to begin Pride Month by celebrating our Tech of the Month, Sarah Hadden! Sarah started as a technician with our Chicago team three years ago, but her continued passion for mentoring has helped her grow into a lead technician and, more recently, into a manager. Her journey as a locksmith started with a book, Locksmithing 101, and took her straight to her own home’s lock which she rekeyed on that very same day. “I loved it. I wanted to keep learning and find out more about what the security field had to offer. I love that I’m still learning new things and building my knowledge, but my favorite thing has always been training other people. It’s been a dream of mine to take on an apprentice and help build them up and grow” said Sarah. We’re extremely proud of the journey Sarah has been on these past three years with our family.
