Announcement time! 📣🏃 I've been working behind the scenes on something truly special - ROCUP the UK's fastest growing run club! Rudy O’Halloran came to me with a brand name, logo, and ethos: to RISE OVER CHALLENGES. We’ve developed this idea into a brand centered on helping people rise over challenges in their lives by using running as a tool to better themselves. I don’t like to throw around the "C word" lightly, but what ROCUP has achieved in such a short space of time has been incredible, and it's all thanks to our passionate COMMUNITY. The power of community: Gymshark x ROCUP 🏃 A rising run club launched in Birmingham less than a year ago beginning with only 17 members. On Saturday, the community reached new heights when 750+ people showed up for a special collab event at GSLC 🤯 Founder Rudy O’Halloran started ROCUP to help people Rise Over Challenges and unite people from all walks of life together through the power of running - a message we could totally get behind. What an event ROCUP put together in partnership with Gymshark and I had the privilege to capture it with the support of Kevin A.. Shooting for brands like Gymshark & ROCUP has always been the goal when I started this videography journey. Look at me now 😎 and we only getting started. I ran my first ever 5k over the weekend!! ✅🏃♀️ Although it might not be “much” for some, for a girl that can barely run 10 minutes without stopping to catch her breath, this was amazing! I am so proud for pushing myself to complete this run and I never thought that I would say that (because I hated running!) but I will hopefully do it again soon! Of course this couldn’t have been done without the vibes from the ROCUP team! They’ve built such an amazing community and they have managed to get 750+ people together this Saturday - a little running army! If you’re looking for motivation to get you up definitely give check them out. Also many thanks to Gymshark for hosting the event - managed to catch a glimpse of their Lifting Club at the HQ and I’d leave my gym in a heartbeat to be able to workout there. 😩😩 As they say, Rise Over Challenges 🔝🔝 #running #gymshark #rocup #event
