Today we shared additional promising preclinical data on MRT-6160, our VAV1-directed #MolecularGlueDegrader, for the treatment of autoimmune diseases. MRT-6160 inhibited disease progression, pro-inflammatory cytokines and autoantibody production in a mouse model of rheumatoid arthritis.
