Established in 1970, the Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority (MNAA) owns and operates Nashville International Airport® and John C. Tune Airport®. As infrastructure critical to the region’s growth and prosperity, BNA is a vital asset for Middle Tennessee and serves as a gateway to Music City and beyond. According to a recent study, in 2019 alone, BNA generated more than $8.1 billion in total economic impact, supported more than 76,000 jobs in the region and produced more than $443 million in state, local and federal taxes. Sunflower Program at BNA launches TODAY! This initiative is designed to enhance the travel experience for passengers with hidden disabilities and uses sunflower lanyards as a way for passengers to indicate they may need additional support or assistance while navigating the airport. Starting today, pick up a complimentary sunflower lanyard at our Information Center located on the Ground Transportation Level (Level 1). No disability qualification or explanation is required. 📣 Introducing...BNA Passport! This program provides a new offering for non-ticketed guests to access dining and retail at the airport beyond the checkpoint. Beginning July 1, visitors can explore various activities at BNA that not only include shopping and dining but also plane-watching, art exhibits, and the opportunity to meet a loved one at the gate. ✈️ A daily allowance of non-ticketed visitors can receive approval to access post-security areas from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. seven days a week. ✈️ Guests can apply online, providing a minimum of 24-hour notice and up to seven days in advance. ✈️ Applicants can expect to receive an email indicating approval or denial - at midnight the day of the requested visit.
