I am excited to welcome our newest cohort of interns to Landmark through our Early Career Student Program (ECSP). This week marks the beginning of a journey filled with challenging assignments, leadership training, and valuable exposure to our senior leaders.
Our ECSP internships are designed for current undergraduate and graduate students pursuing degrees in Engineering or Construction Management. These 10- and 12-week summer programs offer a blend of generalized and specialized experiences in Project Management, Field Supervision, Technology and Estimation. The aim is to provide our interns with the guidance, knowledge, and skills necessary to become exceptional professionals and potential full-time team members post-graduation.
During their time with us, interns will rotate through our key operational areas—Site work, Utilities, Concrete & Industrial—gaining hands-on experience and mentorship from industry experts. The program is structured to ensure each intern receives comprehensive exposure to real-world projects and professional expectations.
Key details of the internship include:
Locations: Various sites under Landmark.
Duration: 10-12 weeks during the summer months, with potential additional opportunities during other holiday breaks.
Roles: Interns will shadow and assist in roles such as Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, Superintendent, and Estimator, with flexibility for other duties as assigned.
The success of our interns is a priority, and we have established a robust framework for their development. Interns will work closely with preceptors, receive regular performance reviews, and provide feedback to ensure a mutually beneficial experience.
We are thrilled to see the energy and potential our new interns bring to Landmark. Welcome to the team, and we look forward to a productive and enriching summer!
