Meet two of our 2024 Summer Interns, Laine and Ella! Meet Laine Kelly, a 2024 summer life science intern! She is a rising senior at James Madison University majoring in Communication Studies with a PR concentration and minor in Spanish. She loves to spend time with friends and travel to see different parts of the world, specifically Spanish speaking countries. “This internship has already given me the opportunity to learn so much about health communications and the importance of agencies like JPA. I am so excited to be part of the team and meet more people in the industry!” Meet Ella Ashby, the 2024 summer Project Management Intern! She is a rising senior at the University of Maryland majoring in Marketing. She loves to spend time with friends and family and enjoys traveling, cooking, and staying active. “This position has allowed me to work with a variety of the amazing teams, and I have already made a lot of great connections. I am excited to continue to learn and grow in my professional experience with JPA!”

JPA Health is expanding the leadership team with the strategic appointments of Colleen Carter (she/her/hers) Carter as Head of Life Sciences and Adam Pawluk as Head of JPA Labs. Colleen will lead the rapidly growing Life Sciences division, which covers pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, diagnostics, medtech, and digital health industries. With over 20 years of experience, Colleen’s diverse and valuable expertise will greatly benefit our impressive roster of clients. Adam Pawluk, who has been with JPA Health for seven years, will transition from his role as Chief Client Officer to Head of JPA Labs.
