G&J Pepsi's Operations Team marked a milestone on June 29 with the production of its 2 BILLIONTH bottle in our Blow Mold facility. G&J's state-of-the-art blow mold facility created its first bottle in 2015 as a means to become a more self-sufficient operation and minimize its dependency on outside bottle-making vendors. Today, our team produces its own pre-forms, as well as multiple sizes of plastic bottles, in a modern, efficient and environmentally-conscious manner. Today, on National Logistics Day, we raise an ice-cold Pepsi to the logistics professionals at G&J Pepsi. On average, each day our Logistics Team is responsible for processing over 1,000 orders consisting of more than 180,000 cases of product to be delivered through Ohio and Kentucky on 200+ delivery trucks.
