Session 1 of Summer Workshops 2024 was a success! Our in-person students got first hand experience at using green screens for VFX and using tablets for 2D animation. Virtual students provide their own equipment (computer, etc) but receive the software that they use as part of their participation in the program. And great news: session 2 starts TODAY! If it's anything like session 1, we can't wait to see the final projects next Friday at the session 2 Summer Showcase for students and their families. Congratulations to Exceptional Minds Class of 2024 graduate, Matthew!
It's hard to believe that on Friday I graduated from Exceptional Minds, and today was my first day at Academy Gold in Hollywood! I am so grateful for all the training, support, and opportunities I had at EM, and I'm really looking forward to meeting new people, learning new things, and having new experiences at Academy Gold. Thank you to my family, teachers and everyone who has guided and encouraged me along the way.
