D.C. Bar's Washington Lawyer interviewed senior counsel Steven Levin in an article titled, "Fostering Productive Dissent in Teams." Steve relies on his previous military and DOJ experiences to discuss the qualities of good leadership, and the importance and benefits of good leadership to law firms and their clients.   In the article, Steve said: “The best leaders [have been] those who wanted to know what I thought and weren’t going to chide or embarrass me if what I thought was different from what they thought. You might have a bad idea the first four out of five times. On July 8, NNABA President Matthew Archer-Beck and DC Bar President Shaun Snyder joined American Bar Association President Mary Smith as she presented an ABA presidential citation to U.S. Secretary of the Interior Deb Haaland. Secretary Haaland gave moving remarks about the meaning and importance of public service.
