Happy 1st Anniversary to Crane NXT Today marks the 1-year anniversary of the launch of Crane NXT. It feels like yesterday that we were at the NYSE ringing the bell on Day 1. A special thanks to our everyone on the Crane NXT team that has made our first year so successful. I look forward to celebrating our accomplishments in the year ahead.
Today, we took a significant step forward in executing our strategy, announcing that we have signed a definitive agreement to acquire OpSec Security. OpSec is a global leader in digital and physical authentication solutions, serving the world’s most recognized brands, as well as government agencies and financial institutions.
While we’ve been doing business for almost 200 years, 2023 was a year of historic firsts for Crane NXT (NYSE: CXT). Today we announced our full year financial results with strong performance in Q4. In 2023, we launched the company, welcomed many new team members, continued to serve our customers with industry-leading technologies, and delivered on our commitments to shareholders.
