To date, her work includes 25 multi-family and elder community projects and 50 single-family homes. Her recent work includes Boston’s first Platinum-certified project in the #LEED for Homes Multifamily Program. Three Eighty Stuart has won a Rethinking The Future Award! This sustainable, forward-thinking design was selected from a stiff competition (more than 1,000 entries across 40+ countries!) and was honored with a Second Award for the Commercial Buildings Category. The award follows Three Eighty Stuart's recognition as one of just nine projects honored in the country’s first-ever Embodied Carbon Reduction Challenge, sponsored by the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center and Built Environment Plus just weeks prior. Cheers, and a huge congratulations to the entire project team on this exciting win! Skanska, McNamara • Salvia, Structural Engineers, Cosentini Associates, Thornton Tomasetti

Award-winning design, inside and out✨ Park 151 has won a 2024 Rethinking The Future Award! This recognition brings Park 151’s architectural design story to the international stage, following two interior design awards (IIDA NE and Muse International) and a ULI award for the CBT-designed Cambridge Crossing (CX) master plan this past year. Expanding on the larger CX vision to transform the site of an inaccessible, contaminated railyard into a vibrant mixed-use community, the 20-story, 468-unit Park 151 introduces one of the first multifamily residences to the neighborhood, bringing with it a collection of retail and new public spaces. From its strategic massing and orientation to a community-driven street presence and colorful, detailed interiors, Park 151’s design is the architectural embodiment of Cambridge’s character: artistic and scientific, with an elegant minimalism that belies its complexity. Congratulations to the entire team! Central Armature Works has won a 2024 Rethinking The Future Award! Anything but a generic ode to an industrial aesthetic, the interior and amenities design of The Rigby and Market House – the two residential towers that make up Central Armature Works in DC's NoMa neighborhood – represent a model of modern urban dwelling, filled with 65,000 square feet of uncommon common space, indoors and out. With design both refined and abstract, the amenities of both multifamily buildings come alive through subtly synthesized art and craft. Interior material choices, bespoke furnishings, sculptural light fixtures, and artwork throughout give the project a unique aesthetic and a distinctive spirit of place. Congratulations to the entire project team! Trammell Crow Company, Shalom Baranes Associates, Clark Construction Group, IMEG, Yellow Goat Design, Jefferson Millwork & Design

We love a progress pic — and a progress video is even better! In May, the timber frame for the community gathering space in the new Fleischner Family Admissions Center at St. Paul's School in Concord, NH, was hoisted into place. Just past the entrance to the 2,000-acre campus, the new building is a forward thinking and sustainability-minded addition to the school's stunning landscape, and when completed in early 2025 will serve as a dynamic welcoming spot for prospective students and their families and current members of the community alike.

Today is Juneteenth. This day marks the anniversary of the complete end of slavery in the United States in 1865, when the last enslaved Black Americans were finally freed. Today, we #CelebrateFreedom, honor a legacy of strength and resilience, and look ahead to the work to be done in the ongoing fight for equity and justice for all.
