Since its launch, Threads has quickly gained traction among major brands, offering a fresh way to connect with followers. So why should your brand be on Threads? -The nature of posts encourages users to engage with content more meaningfully. This increased engagement is beneficial for brands looking to build a loyal audience. -Threads facilitates genuine conversations and interactions, which can help brands build trust with their audience. This is particularly important in an era where consumers are increasingly skeptical of “traditional” and digital advertising. -The app fosters a sense of community, allowing brands to create dedicated spaces for their followers to interact and share ideas. This community-centric approach can lead to stronger brand loyalty and advocacy. -The ability to seamlessly integrate various media types within Threads allows brands to come up with new, dynamic, and engaging content. This versatility can help capture and retain the attention of diverse audience segments. Read our latest article to check out some brands we’re loving on Threads right now! https://buff.ly/45PiidS P.S. Threads scheduling is now available in Buffer! 🥳

Freelance Fintech Writer + Product-Led Content | Operations Advice for Solopreneurs | Career pivots are fun. 🎉

I basically live my entire online life by my ability to schedule social posts. 😁 I hopped on Threads when it was launched last year, but it’s been a struggle to stay consistent since I couldn’t schedule my posts. When I heard that Meta had released the Threads API, I knew that the Threads integration from Buffer would be added shortly thereafter (And I was right! It’s here!!) I don’t like my content to only live one life, so I set up an automation in Zapier to repurpose my LinkedIn posts for Threads, with a little help from ChatGPT. On the launch day of Buffer’s Threads integration, I had 28 saved posts in Buffer. All were previously LinkedIn posts. I only need to tweak them a bit, and they’re ready to go! Check out Buffer’s Threads features in the link below -

We’ve talked a lot about our 4 day work week, but we want to clear up how it really works for us. It’s not as simple as logging off on Thursday and ignoring work until Monday. Our 4 day work week is all about flexibility and getting things done effectively. It’s not just about working less; it’s about working smarter. Working for a small business takes a lot of passion and commitment. We do enjoy the longer weekend! But we also focus on being fully engaged and focused when we are working, and getting everything done so we hit our goals as a team. We like to think of that fifth day of the week as a flexible, meeting-free day for overflow tasks or personal time. Sometimes, team members might need to check in or finish up a few things. Other times, they can disconnect and use it for personal time. It’s all about taking ownership of our work and being flexible. Have you tried out a 4 day work week? How’s it going for you? If you haven’t, do you think it’s something your team could benefit from?

Excited to finally ship our Threads integration today! This was a huge team effort across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing and Advocacy to ensure that we could deliver something in a timely manner. It's a bit crazy to think that we only received Threads API access last Tuesday and today we're launching 🚀 A huge thank you to the team at Meta for their support with this launch, in particular Joana Rocha, Mark Erickson, Kareem Lewis and Jesse. If you're using Threads <> Buffer, please let me know what your experience is like!

One great thing about posting on Threads is that you don’t always have to worry about creating visual content, so less creating and crafting is required compared to sharing on platforms like Instagram or LinkedIn. Here are some ideas for content you can share on Threads: -Introduce yourself or your brand -Spark genuine engagement by starting and participating in conversations -Share polls -Join in on trends -Ask open-ended questions -Reuse and repurpose your content from other platforms Check out our article for more Threads inspiration: https://buff.ly/3zkw3oQ P.S.
