Last month we added a shiny new “Duplicate” button for all of your posts in Buffer. Here are some stats we pulled 3 weeks after the launch of this new feature: -Approximately 12K unique users have duplicated a post -220K posts have been duplicated -5.76% of posts created were duplicated It’s amazing to see the effect that a simple action can have! Here are some ways this feature can help you out in your strategy: -Easily repurpose your content across channels: Adapt a successful post for different platforms with just a click, ensuring your message stays consistent and reaches a broader audience. -Speed up your content creation process: Save time by reusing existing content, letting you focus on crafting new, engaging posts without starting from scratch every time. -Keep your campaigns consistent: Maintain a unified voice and visual style by duplicating and tweaking posts to fit each campaign's needs. -Simplify A/B testing: Create variations of the same post to test different approaches, like headlines, images, or hashtags, and find out what resonates best with your audience. -Streamline seasonal or recurring content: Easily bring back successful posts for holidays, special events, or recurring themes without having to recreate them from scratch. Have you duplicated any posts yet?

Creating content in Buffer just got more flexible — you can now duplicate any posts you have in Buffer! This means posts in the queue, drafts, pending approval, or even sent posts can be duplicated. This has been a highly requested feature for us, so we’re excited to add it to Buffer and make your content creation process even easier! 💫

As a remote team, we've always recorded All Hands at Buffer for teammates who are unable to attend in real-time, but of course, it's also so useful to have this recording for folks coming back from leave (like me!). It's lovely to get to catch up on important team meetings so easily. I'm just checking the Notion pages and jumping in to watch the recordings. ✨

Founder @ Forthright Advising | Forbes Next 1000 | PR for orgs that love kids.

The traditional client services model is broken. It idolizes only the clients’ needs and wishes – and dehumanizes people on the ‘services’ side. The power dynamic is deeply harmful, and real (smart, amazing, dedicated) people suffer. I call this the ‘jump/how high’ model. It doesn’t have to be that way. A better model of true partnership is available. Partnership is the *only* model we say yes to at Forthright. That’s because I genuinely believe that great client services starts with a healthy account team. An account team who has the time and space to think strategically and deeply focus on the work. An account team whose identity is rooted in their communities and who rest and recharge regularly. The jump/how high model is where burnout happens. It’s where smart strategists become PR robots. The work doesn’t help people grow, or bring new perspectives. You become a vendor instead of a team together. I am so proud of this Buffer article. One way we do things differently at Forthright is charging more for work we perform outside of business hours. In the article, I talk about how we first introduced this policy to clients, the pushback we’ve gotten and how we use the policy as a barometer to see if we’ll be a good fit for an organization (or not). I’m excited to share it with you! 🚀 Thanks, Erin Greenawald, for the opportunity! https://lnkd.in/gKjqaw-i

We’re currently considering changing our PTO policy from unlimited (with a recommended 15 day minimum) to a more structured time-off policy. If you currently have or have ever had an unlimited vacation policy, how did it work for you? What are your thoughts on it?
