This week at corporate, we celebrated our roots with our second annual diversity breakfast! Everyone contributed breakfast items from their childhood and recounted the stories behind their favorite dishes. This event has brought us closer together as a team by sharing our love of food and gaining a greater understanding of our multi-cultural and diverse workplace. Thank you to Marjeane Glover and Carlota Lugo for heading up one of our favorite events of the year!

Last week marked the conclusion of our first-ever Bonnie Leadership Program at Bonnie Plants. Over the past six months, we had the privilege of hosting 26 participants from various corners of the country, representing diverse roles within Bonnie—ranging from Sales Reps and Station Managers to Office Managers, Area Sales Managers, and Corporate Staff. Collaborating with the faculty at Auburn University Office of Professional and Continuing Education, the program centered around three pivotal areas: Leading Self, Leading Others, and Leading the Bonnie Organization. As we wrapped up last week, participants showcased their Group Capstone Projects, addressing real-world opportunities within Bonnie, spanning Safety, Health & Wellness, Communication & Connectedness, and Continuous Improvement. Moreover, each participant shared their personal authentic leadership legacy/mission statement. Being pioneers in any endeavor is always noteworthy. The 26 associates comprising this inaugural class have proven to be an exceptional group, with each individual experiencing growth and transformation as both individuals and leaders throughout the past half-year. #letsgrowtogether Inaugural participants include: Samantha Askins, Mitch Baker, Tomás Bruderer MBA, MSF, Savannah Burgess, Mike Cawthon, Stephen Chapman, Tristan Collier, Kristi Downing, Wesley Edge, Blake Finlayson, Wesley Frazier, Morgan Fritze, Elizabeth Henslee, Chad Klopp, Jessi Menezes, Teresa Mossburg, Adam Nance, Jonathan Phinizee, Esmeralda Pozos, Kristen Richburg, Stuart Schley, Brandon Shierling, Ricardo Soto, Leigh Taylor, Rachel Terrill, Kenneth Watts
