You know that friend who you can always count on? That’s Abby!    It's hard to believe it's been 9 years since she joined us. 🥹   In that time, Abby Engers, JD, SHRM-CP has become the cornerstone of our team, spearheading many of our most successful initiatives. In true Boly:Welch spirit, Abby took chances that have paid off big-time! From writing our hiring and job search zines (a special thanks to Ross for those illustrations!) and co-hosting our Job Search 101 series, to launching our Boly:Welch HR Consulting division and refining our onboarding and performance review processes, Abby has guided us all towards always being and doing better.   She's also played a crucial role in shaping the culture at Boly:Welch -- think b:well celebrations, clothing swaps, and a fan favorite… the Great Boly Bake Off!
