Rackelle Wilkinson is a Master’s prepared Nurse Educator, Clinical Quality Analyst, Certified Clinical Documentation Integrity Practitioner, and Certified Risk Adjustment Coder. As a HIM professional, she specializes in ensuring the accuracy and quality of clinical documentation and reviews health data for validation. With a keen eye for detail and extensive knowledge of value-based care delivery models, Mrs. Wilkinson collaborates with patient care teams to uphold clinical documentation standards and CMS guidelines. During her tenure at Cigna, she served as a member of the leadership team of Transition of Care Program which offers telephonic and face-to-face care coordination for plan members and caregivers to ensure seamless transitions after hospital discharge. She is an author and educational consultant.
