- In the basement when the pink light is shown, there are posters behind Longlegs which show women in lingerie and the one in the middle shows her full breasts. The pink light makes it a bit hard to see.
- The main character's nipples can be seen poking through her shirt a few times throughout the movie.

- Strong violence with bloody detail occurs, including axe killings and shootings.
- Some images of bloody dead/wounded animals.
- A man is shot in the head suddenly and unexpectedly, some blood splattering on a nearby wall. He is then shown on the ground in a pool of blood.
- A woman is shot with a shotgun twice at point blank range. We do not see the impact or direct aftermath but we see a bloody and shattered windshield from a distance.
- There is a disturbing scene showing a family slaughtered with an axe. The first man in the room, a priest, is struck with an axe partially onscreen as blood sprays and splatters from him, and then the wife of the house has the axe slammed onto her. This is shown twice in the film, and the second time we see her reach for the air before being struck again spraying blood everywhere.
- A decapitated cow is seen. A man is shown with an axe and holding the cows head, graphic but brief.
- There is a grisly and disturbing scene where the corpses of a nine year old girl and another woman are shown. The body of the girl is decomposing with maggots coming out of her crushed face and there is black goo everywhere. Very graphic.
- Many grisly crime scene images are shown throughout the movie either briefly or from a distance. They often flash onto the screen unexpectedly showing blood splatters, dead bodies, murder weapons and family photos.

Violence & Gore
- A woman is shot in the head after threatening to kill a child, which causes blood to splatter behind her. She is then shown with a bloody forehead wound.
- A man viscously slams his head onto a table over and over again as his face is crushed in. His face and head is seen split open with explicit gore lingered on as blood splatters everywhere and pools onto a table. Very graphic and unexpected.
- After murdering his wife off camera (we hear stabbing sounds) and walking into view covered in blood, a man attempts to kill his young daughter but is shot twice splattering blood on the walls and killing him.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- The villain infiltrates homes by various means, binds and gags people, leaves threatening notes, and influences people to commit murder/self-harm.
- We learn Longlegs is a serial killer worshipping the devil who imbues handmade dolls with some type of evil before giving the dolls to little girls on their birthdays. The satanic evil within the dolls influences their families to murder one another soon after the doll is received (which is why they never have any direct evidence of Longlegs himself at the crime scenes).
