- In the French version of the movie (which was made in 1991), the beautiful Anne Meson-Poliakoff's Pop song "Bernard Et Bianca Au Pays Des Kangourous" can be heard during the ending credits with Patrice Tison on lead guitar, Bernard Paganotti on bass, Jean-Jacques Milteau on harmonica, Alex Perdigon, Kako Bessot and Patrick Bourgoin on brass ensemble and Charly Doll on drums & percussions. However she and the other musicians appear to be uncredited.
- On the Disney Junior broadcast, the scene in which Percival McLeach asks Cody if Marahute is hiding at either Satan's Ridge or Nightmare Canyon is omitted due to the aforementioned location's name and the second clip of McLeach throwing a knife next to Cody is replaced by a repeated clip of Joanna splitting her cracker in halves, due to it being too violent for preschoolers. Also, during the hospital scene with Wilbur, the clip showing a chainsaw is removed, possibly due to it being too scary for younger viewers.
