Willl there be a Tales of Graces F release in AU?

Will this game only be released in NA and EU? On wiki it shows no release in Australia.

Usually, it releases not long after the EU release as the Aussies are part of the PAL territory.

Are the ps3s in AU region locked? Most games you can import and play right in your console with no extra work required. Hit up amazon and import the NA version or EU when it is released. I know the shipping and waiting time can be a pain but its a lot faster then the official release date that is not currently announced.
