Where is the evil karma meter?

I have a good karma meter and I can see it increasing when I do stuff, but I don't have an evil karma meter. I kill guards, and it says I get evil karma points but I don't see anything happening. I haven't been able to unlock any evil karma powers.

Does anyone know how they are handling the shift in karma? Is it supposed to be two separate meters or just one?

In the top left hand corner you have an emblem mine is more blue cos i'm going down good karma route. I presume it would be more red when you go down bad karma route. maybe you need to do more bad stuff for it to change?.

you are still in the good spectrum, you need to do more evil things to reduce all good and become evil then truly infamous.

You have either good karma or evil karma... you can't do both at once. If you're good, do lots of bad to bring the good karma back down to evil and vice versa.
