Basically anything you would find on an olive bar. Kalmata olives, banana peppers or cherry peppers, artichoke hearts, pepperoni, salami, provolone, and a pizza should have both a top and bottom crust. It's referred to as a "pie" for a reason. Also, nix the marinara and replace with diavolo sauce instead.
Pepperoni and jalapeños, as well as mushrooms and olives (these days I don't really consume much meat though, so the first topping is optional. I'm content with a pizza simply having cheese and vegetables).
