Whats the name of the episode where?

Meg and Chris are fighting over something and accidently hit Stewie off the stairs. He cracks his head open and Chris and Meg think they can cover it up. At the end of the episode Lois and Peter said they knew about it the whole time because they did the same thing to them. Anyone know what i'm talking about?
