What tracks were a waste of development time?

Which tracks of any GT do you wish they simply skipped developing because the track just wasn't good and developed something else?

For me, off the top of my head

-Hong Kong
-Top Gear track

Rome from the early GTs, the new Rome is okay given some parts are pretty technical, Rome Night was awesome and the best Rome course.
New York (vanilla flavoured street circuit)
The new version of Trial Mountain is less "natural", more "safe, modern race coursey", I prefer there be some more character but it's not bad.
Complex String, worst course ever
GT6 Apricot Hill is much too wide
Old version of Autumn Ring I did not like at all, new one is good though
