I have the Ultimate Edition, but am wondering what order I should do the campaign and DLC to get the maximum effect for a single playthrough. I also would appreciate a recommended difficulty for me to do it on.
What order should I do the content in? (Origins)

The extra content for Origins is rather pathetic, so you might as well skip it all...

I usually play origins like this.
the character origin which starts the game through the wilds and ostagar.
once it lets you pick i always do the wardens keep mission first to get the storage space the chest there gives you.
the mage tower
The Stone prisoner
Redcliff
The Forrest mission to get the Elves
Urn of sacred ashes
orzamar and the deep roads
Then i finish the game.
