what "most wanted missions" have you completed

Yesterday beat the 11th (and most likely last for me) side mission. I have beaten:

-creature of the night (Man-Bat)
-Gunrunner (Penguin)
-Two-faced bandit (Two-Face)
-perfect crime (Prof. Pyg)
-Gotham on fire (firefly)
-A friend in need (Hush)
-Lamb to Slaughter (save Jack Ryder)
-Heir to the cowl (Azriel) had him break the sword
-line of duty (rescue the 17 firefighters)
-we own the roads (take down the checkpoints)
-occupy Gotham (take down the watchtowers)

Notes:
-I did free Catwoman but there is no way Ill find of the trophies/riddles
-I am 1 bomb away from facing Deathstroke. I already know what kind of battle he is which is like the first Arkham Knight battle which I barely beat so not in the mood to be frustrated
-Took out 3 of the armored vehicles.

I am being told to now activate the knightfall protocol (pressed square when told to) but when I go to the bat signal not getting the prompt to start it

Getting all the trophies/riddles was the last thing I did to get to 100%. The biggest issue is just the time commitment. Going after the riddle informants was big in putting all of them on my map. And then I relied heavily on online guides/videos to help me on solving specific ones I got stuck on. Besides working towards unlocking the ending, I found it worthwhile to solve the riddles to unlock various stories, and getting all challenges in an area unlocks audio tapes, which were cool. Especially the tapes for AK headquarters. Again, overall, not hard so much as a huge time commitment.

Cobra tanks will be the same as against AK, though being able to take them out in one shot, makes them not so bad. Deathstrokes tank was actually much easier than Knight's. It's a much slower tank, so you won't need to run away from it after striking, or worry about knocking out several parts of armor first. It plays more like the second half of the AK tank battle. I just strafed side to side to avoid his attacks, and and kept backing up while firing to destroy the tank. Also, you can set difficulty level to easy for the battle which will also help.

This was the second to last side mission I completed. By the end, I actually found these a lot of fun, as I had a better feel for the Batmobile controls. I found I could keep up with the APC better when the escorts were still around, so if you can get several hits on it before destroying all the escorts, you'd need only a few more hits to destroy it.

I noticed sometimes you had to be in a really specific place near something to get the prompt to activate. Besides maneuvering Batman around the signal until you see the prompt, I'm not sure what else to suggest. From what I remember, the bat signal is the place to activate it.
