What exactly does Enhancement do?

So I'm replaying the game now because summer is boring. I'm about to get the Albiore, and one the stats I can only boost with C.Cores is Enhancement. I look on online guides, but all I see is stuff like "Enhancement is really important, you definitely need to boost it" and whatnot. I've been boosting it for a few levels, but I have no idea what it does.

Enhancement basically gives you various AD skills that take effect during/after you finish a battle. Listed below are the AD skills you can obtain depending on your ENH levels (pulled these from an FAQ):

Life Up (ENH 20+)
Chance of increasing Max HP at the end of battle

Spirit Healer (ENH 30+)
TP recovered at the end of battle is increased

Happiness (ENH 40+)
Chance of increasing EXP at end of battle

Life Healer (ENH 50+)
Chance of recovering HP at end of battle

Mind Up (ENH 60+)
Chance of increasing Max TP at the end of battle

HP Recovery (ENH 70+)
Enhanced healing effect when recovering HP.

TP Recovery (ENH 80+)
Enhanced restoration effect when recovering TP.

EXP Plus (ENH 90+)
EXP acquired is increased
