cooking has always been a nice way to wind down a day for me

turn on a podcast and grab a drink and make something simple but delicious with my head clear of thoughts about work and stress

since i started working from home cooking has been a good way to make a distinct line in the day where my place goes from a work house to my home as well

I enjoy cooking, but I do not enjoy doing the dishes. Food science is very interesting to me as well. I eat too much.

Cooking for me is a ritual. Which allows me to distract myself from problems. I really like to cook. It gives me strength.
