Western Approaches continual CTD!

I am finally doing the Western Reaches quest and DAI CTD about every ten minutes. I have had no trouble in any of the other quests, but the Western Approaches CTD about every ten minutes. I have to restart the game and it usually brings me back to where the crash occurred but in another few minutes it CTD again. Frustrating! Is this a known bug? Anyone else?

My game of inquisition never crashed once on ps3. what system do you have it for?

Yeah, I mean there was a frame rate glitch here or there or I had a character drop out of screen like once, but never had any issues with crashing like what your saying. Might be an issue w/ your system or your game disc? Maybe try and look up some fixes? Good luck.
