It's always been kind of interesting to see Capcom slowly start to realize the popularity of Vergil as they start to include him in more and more stuff. Marvel was just the start, then they revived a seven year old game with Vergil as a marketing point, etc.
I really think the DmC reboot has all but been completely abandoned at this point.
