Almost Not a Noob
Hi all, this is my first post on the forums, and I do apologise that this may not be the perfect place to post this as it is about the main site. Hoping someone can help me.
On the main IGN site, I have not been able to comment on any article, at all, for several years. Even after logging in, it still says "Sign Up To Post" under the comment textarea.
I'd love to get involved and comment now and then.
I have tried reaching out to the support team but never heard a reply back. Have tried a couple times now.
I'm on Safari/Mac & iPhone. Am a web developer by trade so I can only imagine this is some sort of issue with session management.
